What is your favorite / most beneficial part of Women in Construction week?
I love that we spotlight and give credit to all the amazing women who contribute to this industry every day and in every way. It’s empowering to take a moment and come together to recognize and appreciate all the hard work and dedication my peers have put forth.
Who or what inspired you to join the AEC industry?
I’ve always had a love for real estate and creating new workspaces out of blank canvases. Having been on the operations side for a biotech company and then lab planning/brokerage for real estate, I had always worked closely with AEC firms. So, when the opportunity to join an incredible team in construction arose, I knew it would be a great match. Oh, and Toni Dupell of PM Group, of course. I wouldn’t be here without other women in the AEC industry advocating for me!
