What was your greatest professional achievement or most notable project in the last 12 months? 

We have launched a program of integrating comprehensive workplace consulting services into all client engagements, which has bolstered our women-led, LGBT-owned firm’s reputation as thought leaders and innovators in workplace strategy. Engaging in robust visioning and analysis before design, we provide C-suite decision-makers the latest clear, actionable information and knowledge of hybrid workforce trends needed to evaluate priorities and budget allocations. Many also engage employees at every level of the company to offer input. Along with change management consultation, post-occupancy evaluations, and targeted redesigns, more than ever we can ensure that our clients get optimal value for their investment.
