What has been the driving force behind your success in the AEC industry? I have a great team and supportive environment that allows me to really ask questions, step outside of my comfort zone at times and challenge myself which has all impacted my success so far. I know that I have support when I need it, which has given me the opportunity to really set goals, learn new things and be able to grow from new or challenging experiences.

Who or what inspired you to join the AEC industry? I have grown up around construction my whole life with family who work in the industry. I would go visit my dad who built custom homes so I have been exposed to jobsites from an early age. While I was pursuing my undergrad for education, I worked at the family lumber business. In my time there, I was looking at construction documents with contractors and I started to gain more interest in the industry which led me to changing my major to pursue construction management.
