What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2023?
The economy and the role of interest rates will have a huge impact on how many projects we will be able to complete as well as what we will be able to reposition. Another emerging trend in our industry will be the greater emphasis on more carbon neutral development. These are two trends that we’ll be working on navigating in the upcoming year.
