2022 Year in Review: Kristin Pine, Fairstead

Kristin Pine, CPM, ARM
Senior Learning & Development Manager
Fairstead

What was your most important professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2022? My most rewarding professional accomplishment in 2022 was my volunteer work on the board of directors for IREM Boston (Chapter #4). It warms my heart to help others earn their professional designations through IREM as the chair of the membership committee. It is rewarding to see others achieve by earning their industry credentials (ARM, CPM, ACoM), and subsequently advance in their careers.

How has your career path changed in 2022? I joined a new company, Fairstead, in 2022 after 10 years of service at my prior employer. Change can be difficult, but it was the best decision that I have made for my career. The work is rewarding. Fairstead is carving out a new path for itself with a rapidly growing national footprint and a commitment to community impact. As a member of Fairstead’s People team, I am helping to create and shape the company’s training program to support our property management team members, and I passionately believe I am setting them up for success. With over 25 years of industry experience, I am certainly not a new player in this arena, but I am a part of something new and very special at Fairstead.
