2022 Year in Review: Amanda Glennon, NeighborWorks Housing Solutions

What was your most important professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2022?

This year, NeighborWorks Housing Solutions was proud to have over 1,000 learners complete our first-time homebuyer education program, and we saw close to 300 of them successfully close on homes using that knowledge, skills and connections they made in class. The launch of new down payment assistance programs paired with our comprehensive homebuyer education program allowed many to make their dream of homeownership a reality.

My greatest accomplishment was being a part of the home buying journey for these graduates. As each person that completes our program is paired with a housing counselor for one-on-one counseling, we truly get to know our clients, and share in their joy as they purchase their first home.
