What was your most important professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2022?
To meet market demand for chem/bio laboratories in the 4,000 s/f - 6,000 s/f range, we successfully converted four brick and beam office spaces into top-class BL2 lab spaces. This effort was inclusive of upgraded utilities where we added a new 480v electrical service, a new larger capacity natural gas feed, all new rooftop mechanical infrastructure, as well as dedicated backup generators for each tenant. All four of the speculative labs were leased prior to KS Partners completing the initial construction phase. We have since kicked off three additional laboratory projects at this same asset and expect a similar leasing result.
