What was your greatest professional achievement or most notable project in the last 12 months? 

My most notable projects were two sustainable projects, 121 Broadway in Cambridge which will be an all electric 39-story residential tower and the retrofit of 140 Kendrick St. in Needam which is a net zero project. 

What has been the driving force behind your success in the AEC industry? 

The support and flexibility of my company/colleagues has allowed me to continue to work in the industry as well as having a family.
