In the last 12 months what accomplishment are you most proud of? In the last 12 months, I am most proud of advancing in my career to become a senior supervisor. After being in the construction industry for more than 15 years, I have met some great mentors who have helped me achieve my current level of success. In addition to running the more challenging projects for the company, I am honored to provide mentorship, training, and professional development to the future rising stars at Chapman.

How do you balance your rising career with your personal life? As many of us know, balancing a rising career with your personal life can be a challenge. My wife and kids are my biggest cheerleaders on both the good days and the bad, so having them in my corner has been instrumental to achieving the proper work-life balance that has enabled me to advance in my career.
