How do you balance your rising career with your personal life? Balancing a career with my personal life, especially with two young kids, is challenging! It requires flexibility, prioritization, and lots of energy. Setting a good example for my kids pushes me to work harder to constantly learn and grow as an architect. It’s about dreaming big to create something that’s unique and memorable that will make them proud of the work I do. Finding balance is a constant work in progress, but well worth it.

Outside of your career, where else do you seek continuous learning and personal growth? My thirst for continuous learning and growth takes me on incredible adventures. I push my boundaries physically and mentally by embracing challenges like heliskiing with professional snowboarders or participating in grueling endurance events with special operations soldiers. These endeavors have taught me a valuable lesson: there’s no single path to success. Some challenges demand relentless effort, while others require creative solutions and fearless thinking. This adaptability has benefited me throughout my life.

Investing in a falling rate environment - by Harrison Klein

Long-term interest rates have fallen by 100 basis points, and the market is normalizing. In December of 2022 I wrote an article about investing in a high interest rate, high inflation market. Since then, inflation has cooled off, and the Fed has begun lowering their funds rate.
