The greatest market trend that drove our business this year was actually a combination of rising interest rates, stabilization of inflation and federal infusion of capital into infrastructure. What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2023?

Our greatest achievement in 2023 was realizing that our strategic planning in prior years (to pre-position ourselves in the infrastructure markets) was coming to fruition so we were able to smoothly shift gears and accommodate the work. Ultimately, we executed our plan, and I am proud of our strategic team.
