Earning the promotion to principal at Bergmeyer in 2023 was the ultimate recognition and a significant career milestone for me. It symbolizes my peers’ trust in me and acknowledges my varied, continuous, evolving contributions to the collaborative. I cannot wait to see what’s next!

How has your career path changed in 2023?

At Bergmeyer, career paths, like our collaborative, constantly change, notably with the evolution of our markets. Embracing innovation, our recent work with established Boston-based, and an emerging Saudi, tech leaders, opened new possibilities for us. Adaptability ensures that we are agile, preparing us for potential challenges in an evolving landscape.

What emerging trends will drive investment and development in 2024? Key trends like renewable energy, tech innovation, remote work, healthcare innovation, cybersecurity, and AI-driven personalization will likely continue to evolve in 2024. These ongoing shifts are reflected in the dynamic nature of many of Bergmeyer’s markets and have the potential to influence investment landscapes and industries.
