What advice would you offer to women getting into the CRE industry? My advice to young women entering the CRE Industry would be to remember that no one ever succeeds totally on their own. Throughout our lives, we all need assistance and support. No one should ever hesitate or be embarrassed to ask for help, nor forget the people who were willing to offer them guidance and assistance. Likewise, no one should ever forget their responsibility to reach out and offer help and support to others.
