2023 Ones to Watch Rising Stars: Rachael Diharce, Samuels & Associates

Rachael Diharce
Vice President of Retail Leasing
Samuels & Associates

Number of years at firm: 1.5

One thing on my bucket list: A trip to Sicily.

When I am not working, I am: Trying new restaurants, wine tasting and traveling.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? As the neighborhoods where S&A operates continue to recover from the pandemic, I am continuing to foster a lively and compelling ground-floor experience through creative retail leasing. Most recently, I am really excited about my work cultivating new restaurants to the Fenway neighborhood, with the goal of elevating and expanding the array of dining options. Fenway is a dynamic and continually evolving neighborhood, with many entertainment and dining choices. By identifying and supporting the inclusion of more local, unique, and diverse businesses in the Fenway, it will continue to be an exciting location for all.

What makes this nominee a RISING STAR?
“Rachael’s ability to work with all S&A’s partners (operational, financial, development) and a diverse tenant portfolio has positively driven the firm’s retail efforts. She is creative, persistent, and thinks outside the box. A natural retail curator for our properties, she is driving value for the neighborhoods we serve and our company.” - Andi Simpson, Senior Vice President of Marketing, Samuels & Associates
