Best advice for new leaders in 10 words or less: Welcome change and listen to understand, not just to reply.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I recently had the privilege of speaking to a group of high school educators participating in the AGC MA Building Advancement Externship program about my own career path. This was an extremely rewarding experience, affording me the opportunity not just to inspire others but also to reflect on what hard work and determination can yield in one’s journey. I was able to share that the construction industry offers endless opportunities for young professionals and emphasized the importance of early awareness of this promising career.
