What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? One recent project that I am most proud of is our team’s support of our client’s pending real estate acquisition. The client is pursuing a mixed-use development with a complex site history. Although significant environmental work was performed as part of the redevelopment process; there were questions regarding open items that had not been addressed. Working collaboratively with their acquisitions team, as well as in-house and external counsel, we effectively supported their risk assessment and mitigation strategy.
