What person, project, transaction or market trend had the greatest impact on your industry this year?
Spire Investments continued to grow this year. We have been very active in buying, selling, and renovating properties.
In addition, the opportunities surfacing from collaborating with my business partners David Lamattina and Anthony Arione of Arrowpoint Properties grew substantially. We created the Arrowpoint Multifamily Fund I, a $20 million fund to invest in multifamily properties, and we have successfully closed on transactions for over 200 units in 2022. I look forward to a very bright 2023.
