What advice would you offer to women getting into the CRE industry? Get involved with industry events and meet a lot of people. The strength of your network will become more and more important as you grow in your career. It’s also important to maintain the network you created throughout the years. People change companies, grow, and it’s always fun knowing a lot of people in the room!

Are you part of any CRE organizations? How have they helped your professional development? I love being a part of WIRE, PWC, and the AGC’s BWiC committee. I have met so many amazing people and made lasting relationships through those committees and going to events.
