The front page of the Boston Globe often features an article highlighting the lucrative growth of commercial real estate in the Greater Boston Area or a story detailing the impact of our state’s persistent housing crisis on working and middle class families. MassHousing is dedicated to supporting the development and preservation of affordable housing, however there is but so much our organization can do to truly address this issue. It will take action at all levels of government and industry to spur the creation of housing to serve households at all incomes levels for the health and wealth of the state.
