How has CREW Boston/CREW Network helped your professional development?

CREW Boston and specifically the CREW Boston Leadership Academy, helped me define the next stage of my career and reframe my business endeavors. The Annual Lunches and Programs have been great network opportunities and a welcome departure from the afterwork cocktail events in a male dominated industry. Women in this group are involved because we are lifting each other up and continuing to change and improve business as usual; Building a path for young women to follow. CREW is aligned with my personal commitment to build a better place for women in our industry. I am proud of this network and it’s leadership.
