What has been your biggest challenge and how have you faced it? 
My biggest challenge is being a younger female in construction and gaining respect. I worked diligently to nurture relationships between myself and others in the construction industry to maintain my success.

In the past year, what project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of?
In the past year I have focused on Blu Haven a luxury 55+ development in Middleton, Mass., consisting of 45 units. The project has successfully won a NAHB Gold for Best 55+ Architecture. We have successfully sold out 90% of the project to date.
