What tips or advice would you offer to other women who are considering entering the construction industry? The best advice I have is to find people who are top in the industry and ask if you can buy them a coffee or take them out to lunch. Then ask them about their work and what they do each day. Ask about their successes and their failures. Ask every question you can think of and take the time to listen to everything they share. If you don’t fully understand an answer, keep asking questions until you do. Take in all their knowledge, expertise and advice and use it to help you pave your way into the exciting world of construction.
