2022 Women in Construction: Jennifer Shea, Senior Associate at Patriquin Architects

What was your greatest professional achievement or most notable project in the last 12 months? I was truly excited when a volunteer opportunity presented itself on a local level in the last year. I was able to work closely with an elementary school in town to help them re-envision a new courtyard garden and sanctuary space for their Special Education Department in the school district. The revitalization now allows students of all abilities to partake in the gardening experience where the fruits of their labors will be used in their high school culinary courses. That kind of work is beyond rewarding.
