What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? Expanding ARCO National New England from two employees in 2018 to 22 in 2022 while growing the business from $10 million in revenue to $300 million in revenue – and having a ton of fun while doing it.

What does it take to succeed in your specific industry? Be honest, be hard-working, and attack every one of your clients’ problems like your life depends on it.

What led you to your current profession? I wanted to be an engineer from a young age, and I grew up around heavy equipment since my dad managed a gas company’s equipment fleet, so working for a design-build construction firm was the perfect fit.

What are the top 3 items on your bucket list?

1. Vacation in an over-the-water hut
2. Visit Ireland with my Family (Mom’s maiden name is Feeney)
3. Attend Oktoberfest

What are you doing when you aren’t working? Spending time with my wife and 9-month-old, playing golf, or working around the house
