What are you most looking forward to post-pandemic? I am looking forward to coming back to full time face-to-face interaction with clients, partners, and coworkers. The pandemic has brought to light just how important those interactions are, especially within our industry.

What steps have you taken to ensure the continued success of your firm? Our firm has taken strategic steps to diversify our business throughout the last few years. Entering new market sectors such as healthcare, residential, and academic has allowed our firm to grow dramatically. Maintaining retail as the backbone of our business, with the understanding that every market sector has a transactional component, we have been able to successfully leverage our experience there as we enter new sectors.
