As companies return to the workplace in a hybrid fashion, we should expect to see spaces that empower employee choice. The concept of what a workspace is has been challenged and redefined these past 18 months and if employers want to see their employees back in the office, it needs to be an asset and provide spaces and functions that they don’t have at home. The workspace right now is a very fluid concept for many, so creating flexible and adaptable spaces that allow companies to react to employee needs will be critical.
