What was the most difficult part of working during the pandemic of 2020? The most difficult part of working during the pandemic was not being able to meet with clients or attend networking events in person. Video calls are fine but I miss seeing people in person!

What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2020? I started an online graduate certificate in enterprise risk management through BU in January – just as the coronavirus was emerging in China. It has been fascinating to attend courses on risk management and business continuity during the first global health pandemic in over 100 years.
