What aspects of working from home have you enjoyed most? I’ve learned to incorporate Zoom into my daily routine.

What was your greatest professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2020? Even with a dramatic reduction of buyers willing to commit to deals, our biggest package deal was just under $2 million, with numerous deals of lesser amounts closing in the last 6 months.

What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2021? Once the vaccine is readily distributed, the pent up demand for ‘free’ human contact will result in a booming restaurant and travel market. People will frequent restaurants, bars, and nightclubs at a frenzy pace. The demand for cruises and international travel will be off the charts.

What is the best advice you have received, and who was it from? “If you want to soar like an eagle, stop walking with the chickens.”…passed on through my Dad.
