What motivated you to step out on your own? Mix Education Services LLC is a management training and coaching organization dedicated to providing customized training solutions. This woman owned consulting company is passionate about improving employee performance in the workplace, work-site and beyond. With over 20 years in the business we are uniquely qualified to customize our programs to meet your company’s unique needs and culture. What motivated me, to step out on my own was the desire to work with people from diverse industries. Having worked for 15+ years in an insurance-based company I wanted the flexibility to work with managers from all types of industries including the construction industry. Taking the leap to step-out on my own made it possible to share my knowledge with a broader audience and in turn learn more about the unique training needs of the construction industry.
