2020 Ones to Watch: Nicole Pratt, Esq., Vice President & National Commercial Sales Manager at CATIC

Nicole Pratt, Esq.
CATIC

What led you to your current profession? When I got out of law school, I ended up working as a corporate recruiter while I tried to narrow down which area of law I wanted to pursue. A Senior VP and Regional Manager at a national title insurance company became one of my best clients and offered me a position. What advice can you offer to someone who is interested in a career in your industry? Be proactive and try to connect to anyone that works in the industry through alumni associations, networking groups, friends/family, and social media. If you put in the time and effort, be patient, and never give up, you will achieve success. Be open-minded and you never know where your next opportunity might come from!

Playing sports in high school and college have had a huge impact on how I pursue goals in my professional life. The values that I learned including dedication, teamwork, leadership, and commitment have propelled me to achieve early success in my career.
