What is your favorite motivational quote and who was it by? “A woman is like a tea bag – you never know how strong she is until she gets in hot water.” - Eleanor Roosevelt.

What is the best business book you have read and would recommend to others? I first read “Think and Grow Rich,” by Nathaniel Hill when I was selling life insurance door-to-door. I re-read it every couple of years and it always inspires me.

Who was the best speaker you have seen at an event? Most recently, Alison Levine, the author of the New York Times bestseller “On the Edge” and team captain for the first American women’s Everest expedition in 2002. She was the keynote speaker at CREW Boston’s annual meeting in June.
