What is your favorite motivational quote and who was it by? “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”

Who was the best speaker you have seen at an event? Dick and Rick Hoyt (the father/son duo famous for competing in the Boston Marathon and other races/triathlons) were the best speakers I have had the privilege to listen and learn from. What an inspiring duo!

What is the best advice you have received, and who was it from? The best advice I have ever received was from my Aunt Lil. She taught me that procrastination is the catalyst for disaster. I try and face the challenging parts of my day first to adhere to her advice and avoid any procrastination. 

Who inspired you to join the CRE Industry? Entering into the industry directly from college I don’t think I was inspired to join the industry initially, but my inspiration soon after joining the industry was the impact that this work has on families and communities. Being part of a team that can provide quality housing and quality commercial space opportunities in the neighborhoods and communities we serve is very impactful.
