What is your favorite motivational quote and who was it by? “True leadership stems from individuality that is honestly and sometimes imperfectly expressed. Leaders should strive for authenticity over perfection.” - Sheryl Sandberg
What recent project or transaction are you most proud of? Working with private developers, municipalities, institutions and energy sector clients on their climate resilience planning over the last year. The energy and enthusiasm in all sectors around proactive planning for the future and working to minimize their impact on our planet has been so inspiring.
What honor, achievement or recognition means the most to you and why? Earning a joint masters degree in Civil Engineering and Urban Planning at Tufts University while working full-time at BSC Group. You never know how much you are capable of doing until you try and it is key to always keep learning in this industry.
