2019 Women in Real Estate: Jessica Reichert, Acella Construction

Jessica Reichert

Assistant Project Manager

Acella Construction

What is your favorite motivational quote and who was it by? “If you believe it will work out, you’ll see opportunities. If you believe it won’t, you will see obstacles.” - Wayne Dyer.

Who inspired you to join the CRE industry? As a daughter of a tradesman, I grew up admiring the industry and always took a keen liking to the ever-changing nature of it. It was a very natural transition for me.

What recent project or transaction are you most proud of? I was the assistant project manager on a ground-up 10,000 s/f student center at the Jackson Walnut School in Newton. It’s always great to see a project come to fruition from a set of drawings, but it’s extra special building something for the kids and seeing the excitement on their faces once the project is complete, knowing they are able to put the space to great use.

What honor, achievement or recognition means the most to you and why? My role has expanded and I was recently promoted within Acella. I have been recognized for my hard work and dedication to our growing team and look forward seeing what the future holds.
