2019 Women in Construction: Jessica Randolph, Project Manager at SGA
How many years have you been in your current field? 20
What was your first job and what did you learn from it? From the time I was twelve and through high school, I worked for my mother as an assistant in her small business services company. I learned that there were going to be tasks I didn’t like to do in life, but it was still necessary to do them. I was “fired” five times and had to renegotiate the expectations of employment each time I was rehired. I still don’t like filing!
