What are you doing differently in 2019 that has had a positive impact on your career? I’ve decided that 2019 will be the year that I take charge of my career and stand my ground. It’s the year where I make a difference for myself and for others around me. I believe as a woman in this industry, it is important to assert yourself. We have to take the initiative, push for what we believe, and never settle. We have to be loud. That is what I am doing differently in 2019, and it is what I believe will make me the person I want to be in this industry and in my career.
