What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2019?
We were honored to receive Westfair Communications Family-Owned Business of the Year Award
What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2019?
We sold 2285 Reservoir Ave., Trumbull, Conn. for $1.6 million. This is a multi-tenanted flex property, anchored by the Rockwell Dance Center, is being remodeled to accommodate a 10,000 s/f day care.
What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2020?
There will continue to be segments of the market that will be in demand such as home health care, warehouse space and medical uses seeking to locate to anchored retail plazas.
