What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2019?
Accepting the economic development director position in New Milford and launching a new strategic plan for both the town economic development department and the economic development corp.

What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2019?
My most notable project was to complete a hotel study, and turn it into an active project for an 88 room hotel in a couple of weeks. The project is in the site analysis phase and should have a location announcement in Q1 of 2020.

What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2020?
I predict that New Milford, Connecticut is going to be a very busy place in 2020. As a regional hub of economic activity, there are plans for a bio-science incubator, a new industrial park, downtown investment in housing, and new commercial development in all three major traffic corridors.
