Advice/Keys to Success: My keys to success are to go above and beyond what is asked of you and do a good job!  I often ask to take on projects that were outside of my scope of work, but I thought would be a challenge to me and would help me grow professionally.  From overseeing small office renovation projects, I felt comfortable asking to take on the management of the programming, design, and construction of a renovated mill building that my firm was moving to.  The experience gained from that project, ultimately gave me the courage and strength to start my own firm.
