What was your first position/job in the A/E/C Industry? Project Assistant for an Engineering Firm.

Why the A/E/C Industry? My first job in the A/E/C industry was working for a developer who had a construction division. I worked as a project coordinator with a group of project managers and became very involved in the construction process. Although, this was not an industry, that I ever thought I’d be interested in, working directly with clients, subcontractors and architects was a perfect match for my personality and talents.

Advice/Keys to Success: For me, the key to success is always strive to be the best version of yourself. To reach your success, work hard, be confident, trust your instincts, and always be kind.

If you had to choose one word to explain why you do what you do, which one most suits you? And why? Challenging best describes my job as Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations. The unpredictability of my day to day responsibilities challenges and motivates me.
