How do you play your strengths to your advantage in your career: My strength is building and fostering teamwork with clients to reduce risk and liability on real estate development projects through the use of communication and creative application of environmental regulations.  Understanding the client’s vision is key on projects, allowing us to develop the best approach for their objectives, while remaining within the regulatory statutes.  Regulatory requirements and environmental findings are communicated to the team in terms that are easy to understand and evaluate.  Clear communication within the team allows us to creatively apply the applicable regulations to reduce project costs and remediation time to successfully complete their projects.
