Years in real estate: 11

What real estate associations or organizations are you a member of: AICPA, MSCPA, and IREM

How have you navigated obstacles to achieve success in your career: Sometimes the obstacles we face can become advantages. For example, English is not my native language. At times this brings the expectation that I cannot speak naturally. However, when they do speak with me, they see how patient, professional and motivated I am in my role. Exceeding the expectation of others and myself can be truly fulfilling. No matter how difficult a task or a situation is, I patiently communicate with all parties involved, remain professional, and strive to be better than I was yesterday.

How do you play your strengths to your advantage in your career: I am very good at mathematics, numbers, to be precise and accurate. Maybe that is why I started studying accounting in the first place.

What trends are you seeing so far this year: Just 100 feet away from us, we see 100+ new apartments going up this year. I would say, the trend is “grow, grow, grow.” The industry is growing fast, so is our company, and our team and myself.

What do you do for fun: I have two children, ages five and seven, so my life is full of fun and games!
