2017 Women in Real Estate Spotlight - Nicole Reilly

Nicole Reilly
Vice President
DiPrete Engieering

Years in real estate: 11

How do you play your strengths to your advantage in your career: We took the Gallup Strengths survey a couple years ago and once I shared my results with my teammates they said “that describes you perfectly!” My top five traits are: Arranger, Activator, Achiever, Discipline and Significance. I like getting handed new challenges at work and always try my best to pair myself with teammates of opposing strengths so we can balance each other out and hopefully accomplish the impossible together.

What trends are you seeing so far this year: Renewable energy is still strong in the New England area and we are seeing many multifamily apartments and condominium projects too. A few years ago, it was medical offices and now we are seeing retail take its place. I have had the benefit of working on the Reynolds Farm mixed-use project in North Kingstown, R.I., Citizens Bank Corporate Campus in Johnston, R.I. and the New England Institute of Technology campus is East Greenwich, R.I.

What do you do for fun: My life outside of work is family-oriented and travel-based.  I also dedicate my spare time to Save A Lab Rescue where I assist with adult dog adoptions and run their Petfinder program
