How have you navigated obstacles to achieve success in your career: I find that the best way to navigate obstacles as a construction litigator is to form strong relationships based on mutual trust with your clients, no matter the size of their claim. If you care about your clients, you’ll take the time to understand not only the facts and legal issues, but all the challenges they face when mired in litigation. Once you have a deep understanding of where your client stands, you can make informed decisions together and fight with confidence.
