How have you navigated obstacles to achieve success in your career: As an independent commercial designer three core beliefs help me navigate: 

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners. These are the contractors and distributors who brainstorm creative solutions with me and help elevate a project versus say it can’t be done. 

2. Though it’s sometimes painful and may take longer, by acting in the true interest of the client the best solution always prevails.  

3. Most importantly, be true to who I am. I cannot forgo fundamental beliefs to solve problems. Difficult circumstances are part of every business. It’s how you address them that distinguishes your value.
