Respondant’s Name: Ronald Fredette Company: KW Commercial What was you greatest professional accomplishment in 2015? In 2015 we began a transfer from a single broker practice to a team broker system. The training and professional development of my fellow associates has brought success and results through others. This has given me a heightened personal satisfaction. What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2015? We worked closely with Grace Fellowship of Nashua to sell a 14 acre industrial zoned land parcel at a record price of $2.4 million or $175,000 per acre. The parcel was rare in size and atypical as power lines reduced useable acreage by 30%. What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2016? Increased Sales activity 1st half of the year. Industrial sales will increase as supply is lowering. Investment income property seems to be the go to for now. As the Fed rate increases activity may moderate. The employment rate will be the key indicator to watch for growth to sustain.
