What was your most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2015? Multiple rebranding projects with Simon Properties, the Novartis headquarters in Cambridge, Phase 2 of Converse headquarters in Boston and the Jordan’s Furniture project in New Haven, Conn. What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2016? We see continuing new development activity in the New England market and upgrades to existing shopping centers.
