Respondent’s Name: Richard Poyant Company: Poyant Signs What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2015? Working with our project teams on Chestnut Hill remodel and branding package; Novartis Cambridge headquarters; Wrentham Outlets rebrand, Acme Supermarkets in N.Y. and Conn. and the new Jordan’s Furniture store in New Haven, Conn. What was your most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2015? Multiple rebranding projects with Simon Properties, the Novartis headquarters in Cambridge, Phase 2 of Converse headquarters in Boston and the Jordan’s Furniture project in New Haven, Conn. What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2016? We see continuing new development activity in the New England market and upgrades to existing shopping centers.
