What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2015? Working as part of the Brockton Development Team to further the TDI Planning for Downtown, roll-out a new “Main Streets” program, and bring the issue of homelessness onto the economic development agenda. What was your most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2015? The successful Brockton Working Cities Challenge efforts that have involved B21, the City, our economic development partners along with the social services provider organizations to address the issue of homelessness. What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2016? In Brockton, I anticipate that interest and investment will follow the successful projects of the past several years thereby building more momentum towards our goal of making Brockton an affordable, livable, thriving and robust city that will be attractive to multiple generations.
