2014 Tri-State SIOR Conference held at Bank of America building

The Connecticut/ Western Massachusetts Chapter, Downstate New York Chapter, and New Jersey Chapter of The Society of Industrial & Office Realtors were pleased to host a full-day regional conference in New York City. The conference was held at the Bank of America building - One Bryant Park in Manhattan. Over 120 SIOR members and real estate professionals were in attendance, including Angela West, SIOR's national president-elect. The chapters would like to thank Bank of America for sponsoring the event and providing their meeting and conference space. Other event sponsors include AR Capital, Insignia National Title, Rabina Properties, Thompson Hine, DCT Industrial, O'Connor Davies, ESA, and EMG. The conference agenda included office and industrial market panel discussions. The panels were comprised of a variety of real estate developers and owners. The agenda also included speakers from real estate related fields, who shared their expert knowledge on market trends and provided industry forecasts. Breakfast and lunch was served, and the day concluded with a lively cocktail reception and networking session held at The Aspen Social Club. SIOR is the leading professional commercial and industrial real estate association. With more than 3,000 members in 580 cities in 26 countries, SIOR represents today's most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists.
