17th annual members-only REFA golf tournament and dinner - June 20

Orange, CT The 17th annual members-only Real Estate Finance Association golf tournament and dinner sponsored by Reckson a Division of SL Green and People’s United Bank will be held June 20 at Race Brook Country Club, 246 Derby Ave.

This event provides a great networking opportunity for members of the Hartford and Fairfield/Westchester chapters. As in past years, registration is first come, first serve and only a few 4-somes are still available.

Sponsors of the golf tournament receive priority registration to this popular event, so please consider the various sponsorship opportunities.  Sponsors, we appreciate your support of REFA-CT!

10 a.m. - Registration

10:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. - Lunch 

12:15 p.m. - Golf - Shotgun Start

5:30-7:30 p.m. - Networking, Awards & Dinner.

September 15: Annual REFA Fairfield/Westchester Chapter’s State of the Market, Wee Burn Beach Club, Rowayton.

On April 14, the annual Center for Real Estate Awards banquet was held at UConn/Storrs to honor and recognize alumni and associates.  REFA member Paul Champagne of Cigna Realty Investors was awarded the Distinguished Alumni of the Year.  Paul is a Past President of the Hartford Chapter of REFA and a REFA-CT past president. 

The Real Estate Finance Association of Connecticut was also honored as the organization partner and John Clark of Cigna and Hartford Chapter President accepted the award on behalf of REFA-CT.

On May 11th, the Fairfield/Westchester Chapter of REFA hosted their annual Sponsors Dinner, recognizing the continued support of the member companies. The dinner was held at the Folly Room at the Delamar Hotel in Southport.   The evening weather allowed for outside cocktails and dinner.
